Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://whitneyworleyconstruction.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Whitney Worley Construction markets and arranges Room Addition, Flooring Contractor, Tile Contractor, Flooring Installation, Hardwood Floor Installation, Tile Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://whitneyworleyconstruction.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Whitney Worley Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Whitney Worley Construction may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://whitneyworleyconstruction.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Whitney Worley Construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Damages. Whitney Worley Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Whitney Worley Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. AL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
